Information we process

You may use core mobile features without creating an account. If you sign in, we process account identifiers and synchronization metadata so your data can be associated with your account.

Content you choose to create can include thoughts, tasks, plans, routines, focus sessions, reminders, and reflections. Content remains on your device unless you enable a feature that sends it to a service, such as account synchronization or AI-assisted parsing.

Mind Vortex에서 계속을 명시적으로 선택한 뒤에만, 웹사이트는 앱에서 가져오도록 선택한 리셋의 화면에 표시된 내용을 Mind Vortex 백엔드에 보낼 수 있어요. 이어가기 데이터는 암호학적으로 추측할 수 없는 토큰의 해시로 보호되어 저장되고, 약 15분 후 만료되며, 인증과 App Check 보호가 적용된 앱의 수신 절차를 거쳐야 해요. 토큰에는 할 일의 텍스트가 없지만 링크를 가진 사람은 누구나 선택한 내용을 받을 수 있으므로 본인 기기에만 공유해 주세요. 할 일이 너무 많을 때의 리셋은 선택한 3가지와 예상 시간만 보내며, 꺼내 적은 전체 목록이나 나중으로 미룬 할 일은 보내지 않아요.

We may process purchase and entitlement status, notification tokens and settings, newsletter email addresses, support messages, app and website interaction events, device/browser information, IP-derived security information, and crash diagnostics.

The website may send a LinkedIn first-party advertising identifier with a download conversion only when that identifier is already present in your browser and the conversion integration is configured.

How we use information

We use information to provide local and synchronized product features, process requested AI-assisted actions, deliver reminders, validate subscription access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand aggregate product usage.

AI requests are sent through Mind Vortex-controlled server functions to the configured model provider. We minimize identifiers sent with a request and do not use private content for advertising.

Service providers

Mind Vortex uses service providers only for defined operational purposes. Depending on the feature and platform, these may include Firebase and Google Cloud (authentication, synchronization, functions, messaging, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, and newsletter storage), RevenueCat (subscription entitlements), Apple and Google (app distribution and purchases), Vercel (website hosting and performance telemetry), Sanity (published website content), and LinkedIn (configured advertising conversion measurement).

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Features that are not configured do not receive data from Mind Vortex.

Location, advertising, and sale of data

Mind Vortex does not request or collect precise GPS location for its current product features. Service providers may infer an approximate region from an IP address for security, routing, or aggregate analytics.

We do not sell private thoughts, tasks, reflections, or account data. We do not build advertising audiences from diagnoses, medication-related text, or other user-created sensitive content.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear application data, or uninstall the application. Synchronized account data is retained while the account is active and is deleted through the account-deletion workflow, subject to limited legal, fraud-prevention, and backup retention.

리셋 데스크에 저장한 결과는 다른 결과로 바꾸거나, 사이트 데이터를 지우거나, 브라우저 설정에서 삭제할 때까지 브라우저에 남아요. 앱으로 이어가기를 명시적으로 만들 때만 Mind Vortex가 선택한 리셋 내용을 받아요.

Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Operational logs and aggregate analytics are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, and product measurement.

You can delete a signed-in account in the mobile application. Instructions and an external request channel are available on the account deletion page.

Your choices and rights

You can start without an account, choose whether to sign in and sync, avoid optional AI-assisted actions, manage operating-system notification permissions, unsubscribe from marketing email, and request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.

Requests can be sent to mindvortex.app@yahoo.com. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before fulfilling a request.

Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege credentials, and data-minimization practices. No system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected vulnerabilities to mindvortex.app@yahoo.com without including private user content.

Mind Vortex is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian can contact mindvortex.app@yahoo.com to request removal.
