You retain rights to content you enter. You grant us only the permissions needed to process it and provide the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and does not violate another person's rights.

Automated or AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before acting and do not use them as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Mind Vortex is an organization, reflection, and productivity tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent ADHD or any other condition and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

Mobile purchases and subscriptions are processed by the relevant app store and, where applicable, RevenueCat. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and the store's rules. The Service may also rely on providers such as Apple, Google, Firebase, Sanity, and analytics services, each of which has its own terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use or reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The Service's software, marks, and first-party content belong to the provider or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except where permitted by law. We may restrict access for material violations; you may stop using the Service at any time.
