About This Assessment

This self-assessment is based on the World Health Organization's Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS-v1.1) Screener, which is used worldwide as a reliable first step in identifying adults who may have ADHD.

The six core questions in this assessment have been found to be the most predictive of ADHD. When four or more items are in the symptomatic range, there is approximately a 90% chance that the individual has ADHD.

What This Quiz Measures

  • Difficulty with attention and concentration
  • Hyperactivity and restlessness
  • Impulsivity and self-regulation
  • Executive function challenges
  • Daily habit consistency (non-diagnostic)

Next Steps After Your Results

Depending on your score, you may want to:

  1. Discuss your results with a healthcare provider
  2. Explore productivity strategies tailored to your attention style
  3. Try structured tools like Mind Vortex to build consistent habits
  4. Learn more about ADHD through reputable resources

Research Note: The ASRS v1.1 Screener has been validated in multiple studies and is considered one of the most reliable screening tools for adult ADHD. However, a comprehensive evaluation by a healthcare professional is necessary for diagnosis.
