Study Session Planner

Use whole minutes. The plan reserves wrap-up time first, then adds study blocks and breaks. A study block lasts at least five minutes. Any smaller remainder stays as spare time; no countdown or alert is started.

How to use this planner

  1. Choose an outcome

Use a concrete question, exercise or small section rather than an entire subject.

  2. Allocate the time

Choose study, break and wrap-up durations. Review the shorter blocks or spare time.

  3. Leave a return point

At the end, check what you understood and record the next question.

A session outline, not an attention prescription.

There is no universally correct block length here. Change the durations to suit your task. The planner uses arithmetic, not a prediction of your attention or learning.

Breaks appear only when at least five minutes of study can follow. Wrap-up is reserved first; small remaining gaps stay visible as spare time. There is no timer, background alarm or calendar connection.

Questions before you start

Is this a Pomodoro timer?

No. It builds a session outline with durations you choose. No countdown starts.

Can I plan without breaks?

Yes. Enter zero break minutes. Consider what is realistic for you.

Why is the last block shorter?

The plan fits the available time after preserving wrap-up and included breaks.

Will this improve my grades?

It is an organization aid, not a guarantee of learning, focus or academic results.
