Free ADHD Weekly Review Planner

Start a new week without carrying everything.

A long unfinished list is not automatically next week’s plan. Review each item, choose a small set to carry forward, and keep the rest visible without giving it a new deadline.

One task per line: up to 12 tasks, 160 characters each. Tasks start in Later; choose deliberately what comes into this week.

How to use this planner

  1. Gather one list

Add up to twelve unfinished tasks. Start with the list you already use.

  2. Make a decision

Choose up to three tasks for this week. Park or release the others.

  3. Leave a starting point

Note what worked and one concrete next action, then copy or print.

A review is a decision, not a catch-up schedule.

The three-task limit is a constraint in this worksheet, not a rule about how much anyone should achieve. A task in Later has no due date. Check your real calendar before committing.

This tool groups your choices. It does not rank tasks, estimate your capacity, or move commitments in another app. Use the daily planner to decide what fits on a particular day.
